Chris has been working in the home improvement industry for more than 20 years. His understanding in the industry helps anticipate customers’ needs with their projects. Chris joined Five Star Painting, with his wife Alisa in 2016 on his belief that every customer be treated as their only customer. Chris has created a family atmosphere that cultivates and encourages growth among the team. In his spare time, he enjoys watching their children play sports, as well the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. He also ensures to make every day magical.

Jay is a multifaceted and seasoned project manager with more than 20 years’ experience. His experience in the construction industry and the painting trade make him a force in the field. He is able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot any type of substrate that he would see in the field. Jay is known around Five Star Painting for his positive, uplifting spirit. He is a great mentor and makes the best of any situation. During his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and their dogs. He also enjoys spending time outdoors hunting.

Julie comes to Five Star Painting with an innovative spirit. She entered the home improvement field as a service technician and worked her way to Project Manager. Her attention to detail and drive for perfection makes her a key player on the Five Star team. Julie shines at making personable working relationships with everyone she comes across. She is proud to put her passion to work as part of Five Star Painting. When Julie is not managing her crews, you can find her spending time with her children. She also enjoys time outdoors with her dogs.

Mark’s experience as a Sales Representative spans a thirty-five-year period. He brings an extensive background in sales, marketing and design to Five Star Painting and every customer experience. Mark enjoys meeting new customers and is always up for the challenge of a new project. Mark considers the Five Star Painting team as more than mere co-workers... They are Family. In his spare time Mark collects diecast model cars, pottery from local artisans and loves to cook. Exceeding Customer Expectations is Job One at Five Star Painting.

With more than 20 years of home improvement experience, Chas has perfected his Technical Proficiency and Customer Service skills. As a professional salesman, he knows the difference between run of the mill and exceptional products. Chas works diligently to continually acquire knowledge within the industry, making him an asset to the team and a value to each customers’ Five Star Experience. Chas enjoys time with his family when he is away from the office, especially watching his children play soccer.

Alisa joined Five Star Painting with her husband, Chris in 2016. She is cultivating a positive company culture, assisting in the overall direction of the company and serves as a coach and mentor to the team. She takes pride in her work and appreciates the tight-knit team they have created. Alisa is grateful to have created a company that genuinely cares for its employees and challenges them to be the best version of themselves. When she is not piloting the ship at Five Star Painting, Alisa spends her time shuttling their four children from place to place, watching them play sports, working out, and enjoying the Wisconsin sports teams.
